Return Policy

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept refunds over 30 days from the date of purchase.

To complete your return, please email info@phoxfoods.com prior to sending your package back. We will require your original order number located on your order confirmation provided at the time of purchase.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back without contacting info@phoxfoods.com as orders sent back to the warehouse will not be processed.

Refunds:

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation from Shopify with the details of your refund.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your order is received by the warehouse and expedite the refund process.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
