More than ever, he sees Food as a key ingredient in living a holistic and active, athlete lifestyle. As well as the need for kids and families to get outside and learn more about the world we live in, what’s actually in our food and where it comes from.

His number one inspiration comes from his 3 year old son and his wife, who are always up for an adventure and love to eat together. HEAL is a living legacy to honour his Grandfather who had no real food meal replacement options when he was battling Parkinson’s disease. He knows many other sick people deserve better. He’s equally inspired by his own parents who in their elder years continue to be active and healthy fuelled by HEAL.

He is destined to grow HEAL as a business force to do good. His philanthropic spirit stems from over 20 years creating and hosting the Original Ugly Christmas Sweater Party which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to help grant wishes for kids living with a critical illness. As one of the 'Ugly Sweater Guys’ he is credited for innovating the social phenomenon for ugly sweater parties around the globe.

At HEAL HQ, Jordan guides a corporate culture that supports team and individual involvement in overcoming community, social and environmental issues. He leads our Social Impact strategy, Community Relations, Strategic alliances, and Business Development initiatives. He oversees how the culture of HEAL is aligned to its vision, people, and processes, and how is it measured and sustained to support organizational performance and holistic excellence through B Corporation Certification.

Jordan is most alive when he’s outdoors. With a true sense of adventure, there’s not much that Jordan hasn’t attempted at least once. He can often be found somewhere in the woods; ultra trail running, hiking, camping and exploring this great province and country. His real passion is helping people experience the joy of adventure and the difference being outside in the natural world can make in our lives.

His youth was spent exploring on his Grandparents Farm and on the lakes of Interior BC. – and he still hasn’t grown up. If he’s not outside you can find him frolicking around town in his Ugly Christmas Sweater.

Continuing his Ugly Christmas Sweater legacy, he is currently co-authoring the Children's book Now That’s Ugly!™ The First Rebellion of the Ugly Christmas Sweaters. He got his inspiration for the book through his years of hosting the biggest, wildest, sweater-ist bash on the planet, making parties mainstream popular and staying true to the original spirit of intent.

In woolly fashion, he has been featured in hundreds of media, tv, and radio for his creative innovation and socially conscious events.

Holding a Masters in Applied Ecopsychology and a pending designation of Master Certified Coach, he is recognized as a thought leader in his field, driven by personal experience. Today, he is multiple years clean and sober having survived addiction, depression, facial reconstructive surgery, and a brain injury. He is a nominee for various business excellence and alternative health care practitioner, products, and personality awards.

Professionally, for over 18 years through playful experiential adventures he’s consulted high performing business leaders to actualize work-life integration into their corporate culture instead of sacrificing their lifestyle for business growth. He specializes in eradicating their disease of being busy and the result of living intensely complicated lives. With Paul Tylla the Creator of HEAL, Jordan is also the co-founder of The Meaningful Business Alliance (MBA), a community of cool people doing things that matter. The MBA model is specifically designed so that as your business grows so does your freedom.

While working with these leaders and from his own personal experiences, he’s continuously motivated to innovate and give back. He lives and breathes his roles in social impact, however, you can also find him traveling with his family, at the hockey rink, at the Crossfit box, on the yoga mat, steering the paddle board, blowing scuba bubbles underwater, planting footprints on the trail, shredding through powder or traversing his bike up a mountainside.
